Willo Custom Closets
Closet systems, walk-ins and storage designed for Willo homes.
Willo is a historic district in central Phoenix between Thomas Road and McDowell Road, where 22 subdivisions were platted before World War II.
Willo homes include 1920s bungalows and Tudor Revival, Spanish Colonial Revival and Pueblo Revival houses, so closets are often small and oddly shaped. Built-in wardrobes and carefully scribed closet systems are common requests.
The City of Phoenix lists electrical updates, rewiring and additions among the home projects that need a permit, and it lists painting and new flooring as work that doesn't. Most closet systems are fastened to walls you already have and don't change wiring or framing. When a plan adds hardwired lighting or opens up a wall, we tell you before you sign.

It can look at home. We choose door styles, paint colors and hardware that suit the room.
That's normal in older homes. We scribe panels to the wall so there are no gaps.
